We are seeking a senior executive to join our leadership team in Singapore as the VP of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships. This critical role is the engine for our global market expansion, requiring a deep understanding of the healthcare, biomedical sciences, and innovation landscape in Southeast Asia.
Your Impact:
... Drive Strategic Growth: Identify, develop, and execute game-changing collaborations (public-private, co-development, commercial) with key stakeholders across government, healthcare systems, and industry giants to fuel our global commercialization and market access goals.
Be the Face of the Ecosystem: Serve as our senior representative and primary interface with Singapore’s public sector (EDB, A*STAR, MOH, etc.), translating high-level opportunities into concrete results like joint labs, pilot projects, and regional expansion.
Build a Portfolio: Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value strategic relationships, ensuring their alignment with our product roadmap, regulatory milestones, and commercial objectives.
Who We’re Looking For:
10–15 years of strategic partnerships and business development experience.
Essential: Proven track record and senior-level expertise (Director level or above) from a Singapore government agency (e.g., EDB, A*STAR, ESG, MOH) or an equivalent senior role in the healthcare/biotech sector.
An established network and in-depth knowledge of Singapore's research, healthcare, and public sector funding/regulatory environments.
An exceptional communicator, negotiator, and stakeholder manager.
