about the job
... - Originate and structure a wide range of credit-based solutions and products; such as Repos, Credit Derivatives, Collateral Swaps/Lending, TRS and more, for clients across the APAC region.
- Hands-on involvement in client discussions, presentation, negotiation and structuring process, including the documentation process.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as compliance, risk, lawyers and auditors when required
- Manage the compliance and due diligence matters pertaining to the deals, ensuring full adherence to regulatory policies and requirements.

skills & experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Economics, Financial Engineering or related
- 7+ years of structuring experience in a related field
- A highly motivated and driven individual, with good communication skills
