Sall first joined Randstad in 2012 to establish the technology recruitment team. Through his strong initiative and keen passion, Sall built an agile, high-performance team of specialised IT recruiters to support the growing technology demands in Singapore. For his stellar management capabilities and business development strategies, Sall was promoted to Senior Director of Technology in January 2020.
Over the pandemic, Sall proved to be an instrumental guiding force in helping the business navigate a multitude of new challenges to ensure business continuity.
