Along with her promotion to General Manager, Lim marks her 10th year anniversary in 2022. Lim started her Randstad journey as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Banking and Financial Services team back in 2012 when there were only four other team members. Lim now leads more than 35 specialised recruiters across Singapore’s leading industrial industries - banking and financial services, life sciences as well as construction, property and engineering. She also helms the largest banking and financial services recruitment team in Singapore which specialises in retail and private wealth, commercial and corporate banking, investment banking, commodities, insurance, asset management and family offices as well as fintech.
Expressing her thoughts on her promotion, Lim said, “I’m very appreciative of the autonomy that the company has given me to assemble my own teams of highly-specialised, motivated and talented people, as well as for the opportunities for me to grow professionally with them. In her new role, Lim will expand her duties to include the learning and development function for the company’s recruitment consultants and middle management leadership, encompassing onboarding and induction, coaching as well as workforce development and mentoring of young employees. In addition, Lim will manage the contract administration team to improve the company’s solutions and processes across temporary, contracting and interim management services to deliver a better client and talent experience and bolster Randstad’s services in the space.

Blasco first joined Randstad Singapore in 2017 as an Associate Director for the Accounting and Finance team. Through his tested and steadfast business and talent growth strategies, he has doubled the size of the team and now oversees four disciplines - Accounting and Finance, Sales, Marketing and Communications, Human Resources as well as Corporate and Secretarial Support.

To further enhance the client’s engagement experience, Blasco will take on the management of marketing operations to further strengthen the firm’s client and talent engagement marketing solutions. Blasco will also be responsible for driving a more cohesive sales strategy and bolster the company’s sales and industry capabilities in partnership with the Client Solutions team for key client accounts and business development.
