Randstad, the world’s largest talent company, today announced that Singapore Airlines (SIA) has been crowned the Most Attractive Employer in Singapore for 2026. The results follow a comprehensive survey of 2,500 locally-based respondents as part of the annual Randstad Employer Brand Research.
From 2019 to 2023, SIA won the title of Singapore’s Most Attractive Employer thrice (in five years). The national carrier also clinched its spot in the Employer Brand Hall of Fame for the second time from 2024 to 2025.
Returning to the rankings this year, SIA clinched the top spot by excelling in three key areas: its good reputation, its use of modern technology and innovation, and its high leadership and management quality.
Commenting on this year’s win, David Blasco, Country Director at Randstad Singapore, said, "The path to being a hub for high-value talent demands that employers need to commit deeply to training their workforce and address core talent drivers. Singapore Airlines exemplifies this by aligning its brand with credibility, innovation, and clear leadership, which resonates deeply with the talent they wish to attract and retain."
Singapore Airlines leads through innovation and leadership.
As one of the world’s most awarded airlines, SIA is committed to delivering an exceptional travel experience for its customers. The airline recently announced a S$1.1 billion multi-year programme to install all-new long-haul cabin products on its Airbus A350-900 long-haul (LH) and A350-900 ultra-long-range (ULR) fleet, and will also roll out Starlink in-flight Wi-Fi connectivity on its A350-900LH, A350-900ULR, and A380 aircraft.
