As part of their strategic growth in Asia-Pacific, they are seeking an Account Manager to drive business development across the India Market.
This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with key clients and partners, promoting domain name solutions as part of their core services or strategic initiatives.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Director , your responsibilities includes
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts within the India Market, delivering exceptional service and support.
- Drive new business development through outbound calling, email campaigns, and participation in industry events across India and Asia-Pacific.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads, converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Develop account plans to grow client portfolios through upsell, cross-sell, and solution expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of domain solutions.
- Monitor market trends, digital adoption, and competitive activity to shape account strategies.
- Lead proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations for new business and renewals.
Skills and experience required
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management or business development, preferably in technology, internet services, or digital solutions including experience within the India Market for business purposes
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders within the India Market in both English and their native language for business purposes
- Strong understanding of domain name systems, internet infrastructure, or related services is an advantage.
