They are currently looking for a candidate who thrives in a cross-cultural, matrixed environment to own and manage standalone subscription renewals across the region and someone comfortable with data analysis.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, your responsibilities would includes
- Drive customer retention and revenue recovery, minimizing attrition and optimizing contract continuity.
- Collaborate closely with regional agents, institutional clients, and internal sales teams to execute timely renewals.
- Revive lapsed accounts using customized offers such as pricing incentives or content package upgrades.
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities through data analysis and client engagement (e.g., eBook packages, archives, premium bundles).
- Partner with global revenue and operations teams to ensure alignment on renewal strategies and execution.
- Support the transition and retention of a major publishing partnership portfolio
- Monitor renewal pipelines, track key performance indicators, and contribute to forecasting.
Skills and experience
- Relevant experience in related roles in account renewals, customer success, commercial operations, or subscription-based services.
- Industry experience in publication, Higher Education, Insights, Technology would be ideal
- Regional experience is a plus as this role requires you to work collaboratively with people across cultures.
