In this role, you will be a vital resource within our finance team, acting as a key interface between project delivery teams and the finance department to ensure our large-scale projects remain financially healthy and compliant with organizational standards.

Reporting to the Finance Controller, you will be primarily responsible for the financial oversight and integrity of various projects from initial bidding through to final close-out. Your day-to-day work will involve collaborating closely with Project Managers to track operational KPIs and provide clear, actionable financial insights and reporting to senior leadership. You will oversee project-specific cash flow forecasting, manage budgetary controls, and ensure all activities adhere to strict accounting standards and internal governance policies. Additionally, you will act as a primary point of contact for internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory rigor while helping project teams navigate complex financial workflows with speed and accuracy.
Skills and experience required
- Degree in Accounting; professional qualifications like ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are highly regarded.
- Relevant accounting experience in MNC environment, with a strong foundational understanding of financial principles and strong analytical skills with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from complex data
- Prior exposure to construction contract accounting or long-term project accounting is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, or VBA macros for finance automation is a significant advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
