Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will review and authorize AR/AP invoices and payment vouchers while managing related party transactions. Your monthly tasks will include closing accounts and preparing supporting schedules, alongside the preparation of consolidated financial statements for management and statutory reporting within strict timelines. You will take the lead on GST and corporate tax reporting, including deferred tax computations, ensuring that all processes follow company policies and financial reporting standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and monitoring cash flow reports and assisting with various ad-hoc assignments as needed to support the finance team.
Skills and experience required
- Degree in Finance/Accounting, or related field with professional accreditation
- Relevant years of experience in an audit and supervisory role
- Knowledge of consolidation reporting or a background in audit as a strong advantage
- Responsible and meticulous team player with good problem-solving and communication skills
- Proactive and able to work independently while being proficient in Microsoft Office applications
