You will lead the end-to-end management of both revenue and expenditure cycles to maintain robust financial health and regulatory alignment for the regional headquarters. The core responsibilities include overseeing the complete customer billing and collections process to optimize cash flow and managing the full vendor payment cycle including staff disbursements. You are expected to ensure strict adherence to local tax requirements such as GST and withholding tax while maintaining precise reconciliations between subsidiary and general ledgers. The role involves coordinating closely with international finance teams to align intercompany transactions and supporting the quarterly and annual closing activities through detailed aging analysis. You will also contribute to digital initiative projects by identifying opportunities to automate financial workflows and enhance existing accounting system procedures.

The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in accountancy or a related financial field with at least two years of AP/AR experience. You must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in utilizing tier-one ERP platforms and have strong analytical capabilities to investigate transaction discrepancies and resolving complex billing or payment issues effectively. The position requires exceptional communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and a proven ability to work productively within a multinational and cross-functional environment. Office is along the circle line, 3 days work in office, 2 days work from home.
