- Take full ownership of the accounts payable function, ensuring accurate processing of invoices and vendor payments.
Manage the month-end closing process for several US subsidiaries to ensure timely financial reporting.
Conduct regular reconciliations of intercompany balances and coordinate with global stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
Maintain the general ledger and prepare necessary accounting entries using cloud-based financial software.
Monitor and report on inventory movements, including valuation adjustments and cost analysis.

Degree in Accountancy or a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA or equivalent).
At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate accounting or within a reputable audit firm.
Demonstrated expertise in managing high-volume accounts payable and complex intercompany reconciliations.
Proficiency in utilizing tier-1 or mid-market financial ERP systems and accounting software such as Quickbooks
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with international business partners.
