This is a fantastic opportunity for a meticulous finance professional to support accounts receivable and reporting functions within a human-centric and supportive finance team. Daily responsibilities involve verifying bank collections and coordinating with secure logistics partners to ensure all tabulations are accurate. You will manage the end-to-end processing of transaction postings and refund requests while monitoring the service quality of external partners. The role requires regular preparation of month-end journal entries and reconciliations to support internal board reporting and management meetings. You will actively participate in internal process reviews to streamline workflows and maintain compliance with relevant statutory boards.
skills and experience required.
The successful candidate should possess a diploma/degree in accounting or a professional qualification such as ACCA. You must have at least three years of experience the AR function, within a fast-paced environment who has dealt with high volume transactions. Good communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with internal business units and external stakeholders. Office is in the Central part of Singapore, 4 days work from home, 1 day work in office. 16 days of annual leave.
