Our Admin Executive provides various administrative and operational support to company We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our team.
Administrative and Project Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the management and project teams, including handling inquiries, managing documents, and organizing records.
Reception and Guest Management: Act as the first point of contact, greeting and directing visitors, screening phone calls, and preparing refreshments for guests.
Scheduling and Travel Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for management and staff, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Office and Supply Maintenance: Oversee the organization and maintenance of the office environment, ensuring a sufficient stock of supplies and proper functioning of equipment.
Information and Communication Management: Handle internal and external communication by answering inquiries, preparing written summaries, and serving as a key contact for employee questions.
Event and Ad-Hoc Assistance: Support various teams, particularly Business Development, with organizing and coordinating company events and perform other tasks as directed by management.

skills and experience required
To succeed in this role, you need to possess a minimum 2 years of administrative experience. This role is well-suited for somebody who is a problem solver, pro-active and with great communication and interpersonal skills and most importantly have the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
