Provide general administrative support to the finance team • Prepare and process trade-related documents (quotations, purchase orders, invoices, transport documents) with banks and overseas offices • Organize and arrange travel arrangements including visas, air tickets and hotel bookings • Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and transactions • Manage contracts, renewal and sales-related transactions • Provide day-to-day support to staff and directors • Process staff and directors’ reimbursements • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks • Assist in monitoring sales order and payment status • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence related to trade activities • Prepare and consolidate documents every month to our accountant • Ensure compliance with company procedures and deadlines Qualifications

This role will be reporting to a senior manager and work closely with the Directors
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of a Diploma and possess at least three years of relevant professional experience. We require high proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to ensure seamless integration into our daily operations and reporting workflows.
