about the role
This Junior admin position will require a highly motivated, energetic and resourceful person who has a willingness to learn. This will be a varied role where you will learn all aspects of the full spectrum of Administration and office management duties.
As follow will your daily but not limited duties
- Claims processing:
- Handle day-to-day administration, including processing new claims, renewals, and cancellations.
- Verify claim details against documents like contracts and work completion records.
- Assess claim validity and ensure accuracy.
- Process and prepare payments, and ensure all documentation is complete.
- Communication and coordination:
- Liaise with clients, agents, and insurers to provide updates and resolve queries.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as adjusters or workshops, to manage the claim process.
- Documentation and reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical records.
- Prepare periodic reports on claims activity, such as claims aging or fund drawdown reports.
- Administrative support:
- Handle general administrative duties as required.
- Respond to general enquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Support sales or servicing teams with follow-ups and administrative needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Skills and experience
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
