Reporting into Global HQ, you will be a key leader within the talent function in Asia Pacific, driving the organisation's talent strategy. Other responsibilities include (and not limited to):
- Talent Acquisition: Lead and manage talent acquisition regionally, partnering with regional and local offices to provide guidance on recruitment, end-to-end hiring processes and ensuring best-in-class talent practices are aligned with firm wide policies
- Keeping up to date with market practices to ensure competitive advantage and standards
- Talent Development: Supporting employee development and retention initiatives to attract and grow top legal talent in the region
- Partner with business leaders to design and implement hi-po and succession programmes,
- Talent Management: Assisting in the execution of internal associate programs, including mentoring, performance evaluations, compensation processes, and integration initiatives
- Recruitment Marketing / Employer Branding: Contributing to firm branding efforts by working with marketing teams on recruitment-related campaigns and content
- Employee Engagement: Work closely with global and local teams on associate training, development, and engagement activities
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Min. 10 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent management, ideally within professional services or legal environments
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across regions and functions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new tools quickly
- A proactive and adaptable team player with sound judgement and discretion
