Reporting to the APAC Payroll Lead, you will manage end to end regional payroll processing across 5 countries. Your job scope includes but not limited to:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processes for APAC countries, ensuring accurate and timely payroll data submission and processing, and managing payroll vendors.
- Manage payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely processing, suggest process improvements
- Review payroll data and report, staying updated on legal regulations, and supporting process improvements
- Support HR and compensation and benefits operations, such as completing manpower surveys, preparing reports for audits, managing insurance plans, and handling year-end tax filings. Support HR cost budgets and finance cost recharges.

skills and experience required
- Education in human resources, business, or related fields
- More than 3 years of experience in regional payroll management and processing, experienced in managing payroll vendor
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll functions, including tax reporting
- Experience with HRIS and MS Office (Excel)
- Able to communicate across various levels within the organization, self-motivated, adaptable to challenges, skilled in time management, meticulous
