Our client is an established global manufacturing company headquartered in Europe. They are currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to manage C&B, HRIS and regional HR projects across Asia-Pacific. This is a permanent role based in their Singapore office located in the West, and the company has a hybrid working policy (3 days from office, 2 days from home).
about the job
Reporting to the APAC HR Director, you will work closely with the APAC HR Business Partner and be responsible for the overall HR strategy across 7 key countries within APAC; Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, China, India, Australia and New Zealand. In addition, you will:
- Partner closely with in-country HRs and MDs as part of the Regional COE; providing accurate data and advise to business stakeholders and employees
- Manage the implementation of HRIS - SuccessFactors, ensuring a smooth system rollout and successful adoption across APAC
- Lead special HR-related APAC projects and all process alignments
- Conduct annual salary and performance benchmarking, job grading, salary structure, market research and ensure all compensation is competitive with industry standards and business objectives
- Preparation of relevant reports and presentations, leading all rewards related APAC projects
- Work closely with senior regional business stakeholders to bring out change and transformation

skills and experience required
- Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent
- 10+ years' experience in Human Resources; as a generalist / COE with strong experience in C&B and HRIS
- Track record rolling out systems implementations / HRIS; SuccessFactors knowledge is an added benefit
- Experience in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical devices or related industries preferred
- Excellent understanding of rolling our regional HR projects across APAC markets, market knowledge and best practices
- Relevant experience across Asia-Pacific is essential
- Track record in stakeholder management and business partnering with good influencing skills
- Proven record of managing rewards frameworks across both blue collar and white collar workforce
- Open to travelling responsibilities (~10 - 15% across Asia-Pacific)
