Take on a hands-on leadership role within a newly established business unit dedicated to scaling artificial intelligence ambitions and delivering measurable business impact.
Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of machine learning solutions across diverse corporate and consumer domains.
Translate complex organizational challenges into well-defined use cases with clear success metrics and performance monitoring.
Manage and mentor a high-caliber team of data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Drive the adoption of advanced generative models and agentic workflows to enhance automated decision-making processes.
Partner with senior stakeholders and external technology ecosystems to shape the long-term roadmap for intelligent platforms.
skills and experience required.
Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and data science, with a proven track record of moving projects from ideation to production.
Previous experience in a leadership or player-coach capacity, specifically managing technical teams in a complex enterprise or consulting environment.
Deep proficiency in statistical modeling, supervised learning, and the evaluation of large-scale generative models.
Technical expertise in Python, SQL, and distributed data tools, alongside familiarity with software engineering best practices and version control.
Excellent communication and visualization skills, with the ability to present technical insights to non-technical business leaders effectively.
