About the job
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will manage the full spectrum of accounting and high-volume transaction cycles while supervising a dedicated team. This mandate requires mastery of IFRS technical standards and advanced ERP systems to ensure the integrity of regional reporting during a phase of operational transformation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role involving the leadership of digital transformation projects, tax compliance initiatives, and the stabilization of a high-growth finance function. You must possess the professional grit to navigate demanding deadlines and provide direct strategic support to regional leadership. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a positive, adaptable attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and experience required
A recognised degree in accounting or ACCA or relevant with at least 5 years of relevant accounting experience with proven ability to manage high transaction volumes and lead a small team. We are highly open to high-performing Big 4 auditors looking to make their first move into a commercial role, provided they have strong IFRS 16 experience.
