About the job
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to step into a FP&A role, supporting high-level performance monitoring and business planning for the group.
Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and generating business commentaries on corporate trends.
Support financial reporting requirements for the regional headquarters and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct analysis of industry statistics and provide regular management reports to guide business decisions.
Participate in the annual business planning process and assist in the evaluation of strategic corporate projects.
Track and report on the financial outcomes and cost-benefit realizations of various business initiatives.
Skills and experience required
At least 5 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis capacity.
Prior experience within the insurance industry or a similar financial services environment.
Proven ability to manage communication with senior stakeholders across a matrix organization.
Strong background in internal reporting and monitoring business financial performance.
