skills and experience required
Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 3 years of relevant talent acquisition experience.
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in data analytics, reporting tools, and various recruitment platforms.
Proven experience in leading process improvement or automation projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
