The HR Business Partner will undertake a strategic responsibility, partnering key business leaders to ensure that people strategies are aligned with business objectives. This position also comes with great potential for career development as the HR team continues to enhance its capabilities as a key function within the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with business division leaders to understand their needs and develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent to help the business meet its goals.
- Providing consultative services to departments on matters such as manpower planning, performance management, staff development, and management issues.
- Overseeing the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluation via SuccessFactors, and career progression.
- Fostering a positive company culture through various employee engagement initiatives.
- Reviewing and enhancing HR policies and procedures to improve the overall employee and stakeholder experience.
- Preparing the annual expense forecast and budget for the division.
- Providing leadership and supervisory oversight to assigned team members for HR operational activities.
- Collaborating with HR counterparts in regional countries to build a connected culture and share best practices.
- Promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the company.
... skills and experience required
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in human resources, with 1-2 years of experience in a people management role preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of local and regional labor laws and HR best practices.
