Serve as a hands-on technical lead balancing high-level strategy with direct code contribution.

Own the full AI/ML lifecycle, from initial problem framing and data strategy to model deployment and post-launch monitoring.

Design and deploy advanced solutions across diverse business units, including consumer services, enterprise networks, and corporate IT.

Lead high-impact Generative AI use cases, focusing on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), agentic workflows, and LLM-assisted decision-making

skills and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related
• Min 8 years in AI/ML or Data Science with a proven track record of moving complex projects from ideation into production
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and Spark, with deep expertise in supervised learning, statistical modeling, and time series forecasting
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA), including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and performance evaluation
• Strong familiarity with software engineering best practices, version control (GitHub/GitLab), and ML lifecycle tools like MLflow or Airflow
• Prior experience mentoring technical teams and conducting collaborative code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning
