- Oversee the end-to-end review of complex account documentation to ensure full alignment with evolving regulatory frameworks and internal group standards
- Act as a senior subject matter expert and advisor to front-office leadership on intricate onboarding requirements and periodic review cycles
- Drive the strategic enhancement of client static data quality within Tier-1 banking systems to mitigate operational risk
- Lead cross-functional projects and internal stakeholder engagements to streamline operational workflows and implement best-practice processes
- Monitor team deliverables and provide high-level reporting on remediation efforts and data health to the regional head of operations
skills and experience required.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in documentation review or data governance specifically within the private banking or wealth management sector
- Hands-on Avaloq system knowledge would be an added advantage
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s regulatory landscape regarding client onboarding and data maintenance
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to solving data quality issues and driving process efficiency
