HRIS Rollout & Project Support: Actively participate in the end-to-end implementation of the new HRIS, including contributing to project planning, workflow process mapping, and comprehensive data collection activities.
Data Quality & Integrity: Meticulously review existing HR datasets and records to identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues such as missing information, inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors, ensuring high data accuracy.
Data Migration: Support the accurate and efficient migration of all relevant HR data from legacy systems to the new HRIS platform.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Assist in the development of detailed UAT test plans, manage testing timelines, and conduct thorough UAT to validate system functionality and performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with various internal teams to understand their unique data and workflow requirements, applying appropriate data cleaning and transformation methodologies.
Documentation & Communication: Contribute to the creation of comprehensive HRIS system manuals, user guides, and effective stakeholder communication materials to facilitate smooth system adoption.
General HR Support: Provide ad-hoc support on other HR projects and operational tasks as required, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR department.
skills and experience required
- Relevant HR experience in managing HRIS system, system rollout and data processing.
- Strong attention to detail, quality control and structured in organizing deliverables.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Forward-thinking, positive-minded, results-oriented, and energetic individual who is meticulous and able to work in a complex and dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
