You will be instrumental in a high-impact transformation project, supporting the core HR team as they implement a new HRIS. This role offers exposure to both strategic project management and essential HR functions like Compensation and Benefits.
Lead the rollout of the new HR Information System (HRIS), covering project management, data collection, and workflow process mapping.
Develop necessary documentation for the system rollout, including HRIS system manuals and stakeholder communication plans.
Drive project deliverables for the HRIS implementation, working closely with the entire HR team to ensure completion within established timelines.
Assist with various Compensation and Benefits tasks, such as creating compensation templates, drafting communication materials, conducting desktop market research, and establishing internal salary ranges.
Oversee the project management, design, and deployment of the Compensation module (Compport) within the new HRIS.
Contribute to the updating of the Employee Handbook for 2026 and prepare internal HR Guidelines.
Provide continuous support for HR Operations, payroll, benefits, and other routine HR tasks as required by the team.
skills and experience required.
Proven ability to support or manage projects, preferably involving HR systems or large-scale internal rollouts.
Experience or foundational knowledge in Compensation and Benefits matters.
Strong organizational and communication skills to manage documentation and liaise with various stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
