- support the BIM Manager in developing and implementing execution plan
- coordinate BIM workflows and maintain the central model with proper version control.
- review models, resolve clashes and ensure timely submission of BIM deliverables.
- prepare BIM models, reports, and visualizations for project requirements.
- provide training and guidance on BIM processes and tools to project teams.
knowledge and skills
- degree/diploma in civil, architectural or related studies
- minimum 5 years of BIM coordination experience on large-scale projects.
- familiarity with BIM software (Revit, BIM 360, Naviswork, ACC etc)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
