As the Store Manager for the Singapore flagship, you will lead commercial strategy, operational excellence, and a high-performing team to elevate the brand’s presence in the APAC region.
Drive Commercial Performance: Proactively monitor profitability and analyse sales data by category to define action plans that boost revenue and market share.
Elevate Customer Experience: Represent the brand’s excellence by developing a local and international loyalty strategy that ensures a world-class in-store journey.
Lead and Develop Talent: Recruit, mentor, and manage a diverse team of 15–20 staff, identifying training needs to foster a collaborative and high-energy work environment.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, including stock management and visual merchandising, while serving as the key liaison between the boutique and headquarters.
Optimise Service Standards: Refine in-store customer care processes, such as repairs and warranties, to maximise operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Strategic Growth: Identify emerging market opportunities in Singapore to attract new clientele and enhance the brand's luxury positioning.

Proven Leadership: At least 6 years of experience managing a premium or luxury boutique, with a track record of uniting and inspiring large retail teams.
