As a Broker Enablement Executive, you will play a central role in supporting the firm’s operational growth and empowering brokers to deliver quality client service. This role focuses on providing technical and administrative support to facilitate the seamless placement and management of insurance risks within a fast-paced environment.
• Operational Support: Managing policy documentation, renewals, and endorsements while coordinating with insurers and underwriters regarding specific policy terms.
• Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhancing broker efficiency through accurate data entry into CRM platforms.
• Client Administration: Executing the daily administrative requirements of the brokerage to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaising between brokers and technical administration teams to ensure cross-department efficiencies and timely service delivery.
• Data Management: Maintaining broker enablement resources and ensuring the integrity of information within specialized insurance systems.

• Operational Capability: Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate risk structures within a regulated corporate environment.
