As a Broker Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the firm’s operational growth and empowering brokers to deliver quality client service. This role is designed for a consultative professional who enjoys leading teams and driving strategic enablement initiatives to ensure brokers have the tools and support needed for success. Key areas of focus include:
Team Leadership: Lead and manage enablement executives while providing the coaching and guidance necessary to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Operational Support: Partner with brokers to manage policy documentation, renewals, and endorsements while coordinating with insurers and underwriters for policy terms.
Process Optimization: Streamline workflows and identify process improvements to enhance broker efficiency and ensure accurate data entry into CRM platforms.
Resource Management: Maintain broker enablement resources and collaborate with technical administration teams to ensure cross-department efficiencies.

skills and experience required

Operational Capability: Capability to manage competing priorities and navigate complex risk structures within a regulated environment.
Communication: Interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
