Portfolio Management: Lead the maintenance and life-cycle management of all corporate offices and retail outlets.
Capital Planning: Develop and execute long-term preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize the longevity of building assets.
Budgetary Control: Manage the facilities budget, including CAPEX/OPEX planning, cost-benefit analysis for major repairs, and ensuring all works are delivered within financial parameters.
Security Architecture: Oversee the integration and reliability of high-level security systems, including CCTV networks, biometric access, and intruder alarms across all properties.
Systems Management: Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems function at peak efficiency to support retail operations.
- Contractor Relations: Source, negotiate with, and manage third-party vendors and specialized contractors. Set high standards for KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
skills and experience required
- Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field.
- Preferably 3 years of experience in facilities & building management, with prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates and vendors).
