This is a permanent opportunity for a lending and credit professional to drive the implementation of a new core banking platform from a business and user perspective.
- Act as a subject matter expert to lead lending-related technology projects and system designs.
- Coordinate between business users and technical vendors to manage project timelines and resource allocation.
- Analyze business workflows to identify gaps and establish standardized operational procedures.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide specialized training to regional stakeholders.
- Evaluate system performance and prepare strategic reports for senior management and regional headquarters.
skills and experience required.
- At least 7 years of experience within a bank's back-office lending or credit administration domain.
- Proven track record in implementing large-scale banking packages or loan management systems.
- Practical experience in drafting comprehensive business and functional requirement documentation.
- Strong background in data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation.
- Degree in a technical or scientific field with a willingness to travel within the APAC region.
