Reporting to the Finance Controller, this dynamic position serves as a vital strategic bridge between finance operations and regional commercial business leaders. The successful candidate will take ownership of regional sales data management, financial planning, and cross-border coordination to turn raw data into high-impact business insights. In this role, the professional will collaborate closely with non-finance stakeholders, regional sales teams, and country managers to align operational metrics with corporate financial targets. They will also support the end-to-end monthly financial close, forecasting, and budgeting cycles, including preparing presentation decks, delivering sales and margin reporting, and executing timely enterprise system uploads. Furthermore, the analyst will maintain and build performance dashboards to track product pricing and market trends , compile regional monthly snapshot reports , draft comprehensive business plans for global headquarters , and manage data submissions from various regional subsidiaries to assist with group consolidation.
skills and experience required.
To excel in this role, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related quantitative discipline. You should bring at least 3 years of progressive experience in a regional financial planning, commercial analysis, or business analytics capacity within a multinational corporate environment. Structurally, this position requires a blended background in both commercial business operations and finance, paired with a proven ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-finance colleagues. Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities and hands-on experience manipulating extensive, complex data sets are mandatory requirements. Prior exposure to large-scale enterprise resource planning (ERP) architectures and corporate consolidation software is a distinct advantage. On a personal level, the position demands a strong analytical mindset, exceptional cross-cultural interpersonal skills, and the professional confidence required to engage and influence senior regional stakeholders.
