Drive business development efforts and expand institutional relationships in Singapore and the region.
Identify and pursue new sales channels while maintaining existing client accounts.
Gather market feedback to support product and service iteration.
Support end-to-end onboarding, including client training, documentation, and proposal materials.
Deliver regular performance reports and industry insights to internal stakeholders.
Assist in regulatory and licensing initiatives as needed.
skills and experience required
... At least 2 years of experience in crypto/blockchain or strong knowledge of the sector from a traditional finance background.
Proven success in B2B sales and business development, especially with financial institutions.
Strong communication, coordination, and client service skills.
Ability to meet targets and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in english and mandarin is required, to build relationships with english and mandarin speaking stakeholders.
