As they expand across APAC and globally, we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to accelerate business development across enterprise and institutional clients.
About the role
Reporting to the COO
... - Define, drive, and execute the company’s crypto asset listing strategy
- Generate new token leads by identifying high-value digital assets and emerging blockchain projects
- Be fully immersed in the crypto ecosystem by engaging with token projects, venture funds, and liquidity providers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing token partners, ensuring a smooth and high-touch client experience
- Negotiate commercial terms, manage a robust deal pipeline, and work closely with legal and compliance teams to finalize listing agreements
Work cross-functionally to automate listing processes across Legal, Compliance, Product, and Operations
Skills and experience required
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales — ideally within crypto, fintech, exchanges, or tech startups
- Strong interest in the Web3 and digital assets industry
- Previous experience in a crypto exchange or blockchain firm is a plus, but not a must
