This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional to drive business expansion and manage key financial advisor accounts within the consumer lines segment. The ideal incumbent will be expected to execute and manage strategic account management for financial advisor partners to achieve profitable growth in premium volume. You will cultivate and maintain high quality relationships with partners through responsive technical support and service delivery.
You will design and deliver educational workshops to enhance partner knowledge of diverse consumer insurance products and analyze market trends to identify new growth avenues and coordinate with underwriting teams to develop competitive solutions.
The successful incumbent will be expected to liaise with various internal departments/stakeholders to ensure seamless service standards and contribute to overall business development objectives.
skills and experience required
2+ years of business development or account management experience within the general insurance sector
Essential industry certifications including Certification in General Insurance and Health Insurance
Proven ability in negotiation and a dedicated service-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct training and influence stakeholders
A proactive problem-solver who possesses a tertiary qualification or relevant insurance diploma
