We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Executive to support sales operations, enhance customer relationships, and contribute to business growth. skills and experience required
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales support, business development, or customer service; experience in hygiene, facilities management, or related fields is an advantage.
Knowledge of hygiene products and janitorial consumables preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain customer relationships.
Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with sales automation tools is beneficial.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales efforts.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
