key responsibilities
- Actively source new business opportunities through outreach strategies including direct engagement, strategic networking, and presence at industry functions.
- Design compelling client proposals for learning and development initiatives, integrating pricing strategies, value propositions, and delivery milestones.
- Foster strong, ongoing relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments to shape and finalize service agreements.
- Negotiate contract terms with external partners while safeguarding business interests and maintaining transparency.
- Understand and assess the capability-building requirements of potential clients through consultative approaches.
- Keep abreast of market movements, competitor activities, and evolving industry demands to spot high-potential prospects.
- Collaborate closely with instructional design and training experts to align proposed solutions with clients’ objectives and expectations.
- Support sales efforts with customized presentations, marketing collateral, and pitch materials.
- Serve as the main point of contact, responding to queries, gathering feedback, and recommending additional solutions that align with the client’s evolving needs.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure commitments are delivered as promised.
- Gather and interpret service delivery data to track performance against expectations.
- Produce regular reports that identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, and service enhancement.
qualifications and experience:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Energized by business growth and thrives in a role that requires hunting (proactive outreach and sales)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Resilient under pressure with proven ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and highly organized
