As part of their expansion, they are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and build strategic partnerships that accelerate growth and help brands connect with audiences through impactful and innovative outdoor campaigns.
About the Role
Reporting to the Founder, your responsibilities include:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across industries seeking OOH advertising and brand visibility.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow client portfolio and drive revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing decision-makers, media buyers, and agency partners.
- Lead client presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored media solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform sales strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline development, sales performance, and client feedback.
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within media, advertising, or OOH sectors.
- Proven track record of securing new business and managing client relationships.
