About the Job
Reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director, the Business Development Manager – Hospitality will drive market growth and commercial expansion across Singapore and target regional markets. This role focuses on positioning enterprise guest access and building security solutions to hotel owners, international hotel operating brands, property developers, and system integrators.

... - Developing and running targeted commercial strategies across luxury and mid-scale hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and co-living properties.
- Building relationships with key decision-makers across hospitality groups, management companies, property developers, and regional headquarters.
- Understanding customer requirements and presenting suitable building security and guest access solutions.
- Managing end-to-end B2B sales processes from technical consultation to contract finalization, maintaining accurate sales pipeline tracking in Salesforce CRM.
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience: 5+ years of B2B business development or sales experience in hospitality technology, electronic security, access control, or smart building automation.
- Industry Engagement: Experienced in the Hospitality sector, with an active network of hotel decision-makers (GMs, IT Directors, Procurement), property developers, and local system integrators.
- Technical & Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to bridge commercial conversations with executive management and technical discussions with IT teams.
