- Lead the drafting and coordination of sophisticated pitch proposals and RFP responses for regional legal mandates.
- Oversee a comprehensive content library and experience management system to ensure high-quality, consistent brand messaging.
- Facilitate professional communication and documentation between English and Mandarin to support seamless collaboration with stakeholders in the Greater China regions
- Manage client relationship platforms to maintain accurate data for targeted marketing and practice group activities.
- Support the implementation of strategic business plans in collaboration with global industry groups and the wider marketing network.

- Min 5 years of relevant experience in professional services or legal environment.
- Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential to facilitate effective technical communication and project coordination with regional counterparts which is essential for business requirements
