About the JobWe are seeking a high-caliber Business Manager to operate at the Group CEO Office level. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary "force multiplier" for the Group CEO. Your mission is to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring that high-priority global initiatives move from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Execution: Lead and coordinate cross-border initiatives across diverse markets globally.
Executive Support: Prepare high-level board materials, governance documentation, and strategic briefings.
Operational Oversight: Act as the central point of communication for the CEO’s office, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
Governance: Manage legal and documentation workflows to ensure all CEO-led initiatives meet rigorous institutional standards.
You will report directly to the Group CEO serving as their right hand and trusted advisor. The CEO’s Office is a lean, high-energy team characterized by a "founder’s mentality." You will work alongside a group of driven professionals who value direct communication, swift decision-making, and the ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-paced commercial landscapes.
Skills and Experience RequiredProven Leadership: Extensive experience in a Chief of Staff, Head of CEO Office, or Strategic Operations role within a global context.
Regional Expertise: Strong track record of managing projects or operations across regional markets.
Executive Presence: Exceptional ability to interface with Board members and C-suite stakeholders with poise and professional authority.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in governance, legal documentation support, and the creation of sophisticated executive-level presentations.
Agility: A background in early-stage commercial initiatives or "formative growth" environments is highly desirable.
