key responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess sales results across individual stores and the wider retail network.
- Deliver performance reviews, highlighting successes, gaps, and recommendations for both short-term actions and long-term strategies.
- Pinpoint obstacles affecting sales or efficiency and suggest practical solutions.
- Oversee the overall quality of the customer journey and ensure service standards are consistently upheld.
- Define key targets and track results for team members, offering regular feedback and guidance.
- Introduce and lead initiatives to enhance sales results and elevate client experience.
- Motivate and mentor retail staff to achieve both sales targets and service excellence.
- Safeguard that operational processes comply with audit and compliance requirements.
- Support leadership in identifying growth opportunities across retail and store levels.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of business proposals and evaluate their impact on long-term development.
- Lead and manage retail-related projects, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and input.
- Implement effective change management to ensure smooth adoption of new initiatives and practices.
qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience managing retail operations in luxury brands.
- Well-versed in analysing financial statements and data.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Ability to cultivate relationship with clients and brand partners
- Proven ability in project management, organization, and cross-functional communication.
