As the CEO/Managing Director - APAC, you will spearhead the regional commercial roadmap with a primary focus on driving high-value institutional sales and ensuring seamless alignment with the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
Lead the acquisition of top-tier institutional clients, focusing on the adoption of regulated digital infrastructure for major global banks and payment networks.
Serve as the principal strategic liaison with the Monetary Authority of Singapore and other regional oversight bodies to navigate and influence evolving financial frameworks.
Orchestrate the regional go-to-market strategy to accelerate the integration of blockchain-based settlement and custody solutions.
Cultivate and manage executive-level partnerships across the financial services ecosystem to solidify the organization's standing as a trusted market leader.
Provide expert strategic counsel to the global leadership team on regional regulatory shifts, competitive dynamics, and emerging growth opportunities in Asia.
skills and experience required.
Extensive leadership experience in high-stakes institutional sales, business development, or general management within the fintech or financial services sectors.
Strong existing professional network and a proven track record of successful engagement with the Monetary Authority of Singapore and other key APAC regulators.
Comprehensive technical and commercial understanding of digital asset infrastructure, regulated tokenization, and global payment systems.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex, multi-year commercial agreements and manage strategic relationships at the Board and C-suite level.
Strategic mindset with the capability to translate complex regulatory landscapes into scalable commercial opportunities across diverse Asian markets.
