About the Team | Manager
Based in the Singapore Regional HQ, you will report to the Regional Sales Manager for Southeast Asia. This role is a critical link between the organization and its regional distribution partners. You will work independently in a remote/regional capacity, collaborating closely with leadership to forecast sales and execute localized marketing strategies.
About the Job
The Channel Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and market share for a specialized vascular surgery portfolio across emerging markets in Southeast Asia. In this high-impact regional role, you will act as the primary growth lead for the Vietnam market, while overseeing the full sales lifecycle through channel partners in the Philippines and Indonesia. Your core responsibilities include identifying, training, and managing distributors to ensure deep hospital penetration, as well as exploring new market entry requirements for expansion into territories such as Bangladesh. You will ensure clinical excellence by providing essential "in-theater" support and product demonstrations to vascular surgeons and clinical staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing regional budgets, ensuring distributor compliance and inventory accuracy, and representing the brand at key regional events to build market momentum.
Skills and Experience Required
- 3–5 years of successful sales experience within Medical Devices or Life Sciences.
- Specific experience in vascular, cardiac, or general surgery portfolios is highly preferred.
- A proven track record of managing distributors in Vietnam is essential.
- Knowledge of the healthcare landscapes in the Philippines and/or Indonesia is a strong advantage.
- Strong "hunter" mentality with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel up to 80% across the SEA region.
