This critical role functions as a key strategic partner and operational pivot point, managing corporate administration, comprehensive human resources management, and local financial tracking to ensure optimal business continuity.
- Oversee complete human resource management including the end-to-end employee lifecycle, and compliance with local employment frameworks.
- Drive operational alignment and implement corporate procedures to support organizational stability and an inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage day-to-day corporate operations, facilities upkeep, supplier contracts, and localized corporate documentation.
- Supervise internal personnel processing functions while monitoring localized expenditure and operational overheads.
- Provide high-level administrative governance and act as the central liaison point between local operations and regional leadership.
- Manage basic localized accounting duties, including budget monitoring, expense coordination, and billing administration.

skills and experience required
- Degree-qualified with at least 10 years within corporate administration, human resources, and/or office management functions.
- Proven track record working within an international corporate structure or global matrix environment.
- Solid competency in handling sensitive corporate data and managing confidential workplace matters with high discretion.
- Practical understanding of local labor regulations, corporate compliance frameworks, and basic financial documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities to effectively collaborate across regional business units.
