In this role, your primary focus will be the timely and accurate assessment of health insurance claims. You will ensure that each case is handled according to policy terms while maintaining consistent service standards.
Daily responsibilities include:
Review & Assessment: Evaluating health insurance claims to ensure they meet internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Medical Clarification: Reaching out to hospitals and clinics to obtain necessary medical information or clarify treatment details.
Case Enquiry & Investigation: Attending to claims investigations and following up on specific case enquiries to ensure a smooth process for all parties.
Service Support: Providing quality customer service by answering enquiries and effectively addressing customer complaints or feedback.
Operational Projects: Contributing to team-level projects, such as assisting with process improvements or supporting system updates to enhance claims efficiency.

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Experience: 2 years of experience in Life and Health claims assessment.
Professional Qualifications: Holding industry certifications such as FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute) or OMA.
Technical Knowledge: A good understanding of human anatomy and general diseases.
Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively handle medical clarifications and customer interactions.
