As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador for the brand on the shop floor. You will engage clients with a confident, consultative approach and play a key role in driving store performance while delivering a personalised, high-touch experience.

Provide an elevated, client-centric shopping experience from initial contact to post-sale follow-up
Develop strong product knowledge to offer thoughtful styling advice and solutions
Foster long-term relationships and contribute to client retention and loyalty
Uphold visual and operational standards in line with brand guidelines
Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales objectives

A retail professional with 3 to 10 years of experience, ideally within premium or luxury fashion
Sales-driven, with a strong track record of meeting performance targets

Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Comfortable using digital tools such as POS systems, CRM software, or mobile devices in-store
Strong attention to detail in visual merchandising and product presentation
Professional appearance and demeanor, aligned with the brand’s image
Able to handle client objections or challenges with diplomacy and confidence
