As a Portfolio Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to actively engage and cross-sell to SME & retail accounts within your portfolio, aiming to increase the Products Per Client (PPC) and enhance client loyalty to the bank.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing portfolio clients to cross-sell various products, including:
- Acquisition of Operating Accounts & Deposits
- Wealth Solutions referrals (Bancassurance, Foreign Exchange, Investments)
- Straight2Bank sign-ups and activation
- Referrals for loan products
skills and experience required
- Self-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in resolving issues.
- Responsive and accountable to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Team player eager to grow the business.
- Prior experience in cold-calling and acquisition of clients.
